Proximart is a real estate discovery platform connecting buyers, sellers, agents, and builders in West Bengal and across India. You may use the platform for lawful purposes only.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Users who post property listings, reviews, or other content are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of that content. Proximart reserves the right to remove any content that violates our policies or applicable laws.
Proximart acts as an intermediary and does not guarantee the accuracy of listings or the conduct of users. We recommend that buyers conduct independent verification of all property details before making a purchase.
Proximart shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any transactions conducted through it.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
