Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel their subscription to Proximart at any time.
When a subscription is canceled:
- Future recurring billing will stop.
- Users will continue to have access until the end of the current billing cycle.
- No additional charges will be applied after cancellation.
- Subscriptions can be managed directly from the user account dashboard where applicable.
Refund Policy
Because Proximart provides instant-access digital real estate platform services, refunds are generally not provided once:
- The subscription has been activated,
- Platform access has been granted,
- Credits or features have been consumed,
- Or digital services have been delivered.
However, refund requests may be considered in exceptional situations such as:
- Duplicate transactions
- Accidental multiple charges
- Technical failure preventing platform access
- Unauthorized billing issues
- Failed payment with incorrect deduction
Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed back to the original payment method.
Refund Request Timeline
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Partial usage of subscription period
- Unused credits or features
- Failure to cancel before renewal
- Lack of usage
- Compatibility issues outside Proximart's control
- Violation of Terms of Service
Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider and banking systems.
