Digital Service Delivery

After successful registration, account verification, and payment (where applicable), users receive immediate or near-immediate access to Proximart services:

• Property Search & Listings — Users can immediately browse properties, view details, and shortlist favorites upon account creation.
• Agent & Builder Dashboards — Verified agents and builders gain access to CRM tools, lead management, and listing management within their dashboard.
• Subscription Services — Premium features, featured listings, and advertising credits become available immediately after successful payment confirmation.
• Lead Delivery — Property enquiries and leads are delivered in real-time to registered agents and builders via the platform dashboard and email notifications.

Typical delivery time: Instant to 30 minutes after successful account verification or payment confirmation.

Processing Delays

In rare cases, service activation may take up to 24 hours due to:

• Payment verification and bank processing
• Account verification and KYC checks
• Technical maintenance or infrastructure updates
• Fraud prevention reviews
• Manual approval requirements for certain listing types

No Physical Shipping

Proximart does not ship physical goods. We do not deliver:

• Physical property documents (all documents are shared digitally)
• Printed marketing materials
• Hardware devices or equipment
• Storage media or CDs
• Merchandise or promotional items

All services, documents, and communications are delivered electronically through the platform or via email.

Refund Policy for Undelivered Services

If you have paid for a service that was not delivered within the specified timeframe due to technical issues on our end, you may be eligible for a refund or service credit. Please contact our support team with your transaction details to initiate a review. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
